"Meal services" may look like:
Day 1 – Fresh Ginger marinated salmon fillet Sautéed Yukon gold potatoes. Day 2 – Cooked and refrigerated Quiche Lorraine Mixed Greens with Goat or Blue cheese, pears & nuts with a honey balsamic vinaigrette Day 3 – Frozen 2 Italian style hamburgers for parents– 2 plain hamburgers for kids Sliced tomatoes + fresh mozzarella + lettuce + bun to assemble (ready in the refrigerator). Day 4 – Frozen OssoBucco - Veal with carrots in a tomato base sauce – Served over fettuccini Florentine. Day 5 – Frozen Chicken and vegetables stir-fry teriyaki Served over jasmine rice
Week 1 Day 1 – Fresh Marinated swordfish Served with a mango salsa and red parsley potatoes. Day 2 –Refrigerated Chicken fajitas Fresh guacamole and fresh tomato salsa. Shredded Mexican cheese, tortillas and sour cream in your refrigerator. Day 3 – Frozen Beef Thai – Coconut rice Day 4 – Frozen Turkey and spinach lasagnas Mixed salad with pears, nuts, sun-dried tomatoes & croutons in honey-balsamic vinaigrette Day 5 – Frozen Roasted leg of lamb & green beans On week 2, the same menu is available in the freezer in special containers with appropriate labels and re-heating instructions. *** Also: Indian Chicken Curry, Seafood Kebobs, Chicken Marbella, Blanquette de veau, Rack of lamb persillade, Pasta dishes, Salads, Soups...
