During a first free consultation, you tell me about your tastes, favorite dishes, dietary
restrictions...etc. Then, I build a customized menu for when you need me to come.
You may need a weekly, bi-weekly service, or as-needed (meal plan, a la carte items, planning
a party).
On Cooking days:
After grocery shopping, I arrive in your kitchen in the morning with fresh ingredients &
the necessary equipment. Then I cook, package and label with instructions, and
clean-up. I usually bring my own storage containers.
